Type III PDFs are not designed to turn a child “face-up” in the water. They provide good support to children with some swimming skills.

Make sure the PDF fits your child properly! Teach your child how to float with a PFD.

In rough water, a wearer’s face may often be covered by waves.

Not for extended survival in rough water.
